Two works from and about Palestine share one evening at ausland. A Journey Through Ramallah is a binaural sound work built from field recordings and sonic impressions of the city. It moves through different spaces, atmospheres and everyday moments and draws an intimate spatial portrait of Ramallah through sound.

The second part, Meshwar Mixtapes: Intro to Palestine, is an immersive listening and storytelling session hosted by Deema Amr (DJ DumTak). Each session is guided by an artist, activist or cultural storyteller who curates a mixtape of songs alongside personal narratives, visuals and translated lyrics. This one traces Palestinian identity, heritage and the longing for home, going beyond headlines to the personal, cultural and emotional side of Palestinian life. It is an accessible introduction for newcomers and a space for reflection and dialogue.

Doors open at 20:00. The sound work begins at 20:30, followed by a break and re-setup before the mixtape session at 21:30. Tickets are only available at the door for €12. The event is supported by Live500.
