Experience a transformative workshop combining mantra singing and sound journeys at Lotos Vihara. Led by Reina Berger (singer, vocal group instructor, and harmonium coach) and Sandra Roggenstein (educator, systemic therapist, and sound healing specialist), this event guides participants through conscious breathing, toning, and mantra chanting alongside the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Participants will explore deepened, restorative access to their inner being and the richness of their emotions. The group singing creates a connected, vital experience together, with gentle woven sound blankets guiding consciousness inward toward fulfilling meditative silence.

The workshop runs from 12:00–14:00, with a lunch break from 14:00–15:00, resuming 15:00–17:00.
