An evening of experimental percussion and electronic exploration. Will Guthrie performs solo, working with drums, percussion, amplification and electronics to create intricate rhythmic landscapes. Max Eilbacher presents a rendition of David Tudor's Pulsers, a seminal piece for electronics and tape that sits at the intersection of live performance and analog synthesis.
Together these artists explore rhythmic complexity and the generative possibilities of analog synthesizers. This is music for attentive listeners—intimate, demanding, and richly rewarding.
Doors open at 20:00, performance begins at 20:30. Admission is by donation, supporting the ongoing work of KM28.
