Two special concerts on one night curated by Andreas Brandis celebrating contemporary French jazz at its finest. The first set features soprano saxophonist Emile Parisien, a defining voice of modern jazz known for his hypnotic melodic flow and virtuosic execution. He appears here with FLOATING, his collaborative project with pianist Yaron Herman, bassist Linda May Han Oh, and percussionist Prabhu Edouard—a meeting of continents and distinctive musical voices.
The second set showcases trombonist and rising star Robinson Khoury with his trio MŸA, featuring percussionist Anissa Nehari and keyboardist Léo Jassef. Khoury's music blends jazz, rock, and electronic influences with melodies and textures rooted in his Lebanese heritage.
