An introduction to tufting as a hands-on design practice. You work with the tufting gun, yarns and materials to turn your own design into a textile piece. In a small group you learn to handle the machine, choose materials and develop a design from sketch to finished surface. The outcome is a tufted art piece, mini-carpet or wall-hanging (around A3).
