A free all-day event in Berlin on who controls the digital systems we rely on and how communities can build more open alternatives. Are We Europe, Urbane Praxis and Gatekeeper Radio host the day together, as part of the Reset! network of independent cultural and media organisations.

The program runs from 10:00 with participatory workshops and lunch, followed by a public panel from 16:00 to 18:00. Gatekeeper Radio broadcasts live during the day. Questions covered include digital infrastructure ownership, open-source tools and community-led alternatives, and what digital independence means for independent media and culture.

The day ends with live music and DJs next door at Panke Culture from 18:00 until late. Read more
