Gerardo Moncada takes over the decks at Madame Claude for a Thursday night of dark disco, synth wave and boogie drama. Born in Lima and now based in Berlin, Moncada builds sets with a cinematic arc, moving between moody synth lines and glamorous, slow-burning grooves that sit somewhere between intimacy and intensity.

Expect a night that leans atmospheric rather than relentless: shimmering pads, driving basslines, italo flourishes and the occasional detour into cosmic territory. It is music for dancing close to the wall as much as in the middle of the floor.

Madame Claude, the upside-down bar in Kreuzberg's Wrangelkiez, has long been a home for exactly this kind of after-hours selection. Entry is by donation, and the bar downstairs keeps things relaxed until late.
