Willian Magalhães, Senior Conversation Designer at DEPT and director of Arara School, talks about how he uses Claude for agents, automation and design systems. He puts agents to work on the repetitive parts of his week, with a human approving every step, and shows how a design system can serve as the source of truth so Claude follows the rules instead of guessing them.
