Refuge Worldwide's weekly running meet-up is a relaxed, friendly way to start a Saturday morning in the neighbourhood. Runners of every pace and style are welcome, with a 3km and a 5km group setting off a little after 10am to loop around the kiez.

Before and after the run, you can gather at Refuge Worldwide's studios for coffee and snacks. There is a safe place to leave your bags, so you can run light.

Schedule

• 10:00, bag drop
• 10:15, warm-up
• 10:20, run starts
• 11:00, hangout at the studio

The meet-up is free to join, and everyone is invited, whether you are training for something or just want to get outside with others. Refuge Worldwide is a Berlin community radio station and cultural space in Neukölln, and the run crew is one of the ways it brings people together beyond the airwaves.
