Open Class: Form and Colour
Open Class: Form and Colour
Über das Event
Experience graphic design education in action. Four instructors from the prestigious Lette-Verein Berlin will teach their graphic design classes directly within the Museum of Decorative Arts' current exhibition "Scissors, Style, Paper." This is a rare chance to observe the creative process unfold live, as students work through both theoretical lectures and hands-on practical exercises.
This first session (February 17) focuses on Form and Colour, led by Frank Schliebener. The theme explores imaginary landscapes, combining fundamental design principles with artistic exploration. Each of the four workshops combines both lecture and studio components, making them perfect for curious visitors.
The event takes place within the exhibition itself, so entry is included with your museum ticket (4/8 €, or free for students, apprentices, and young people). Simply arrive at the meeting point within the exhibition, and you can come, listen, participate, and witness how professional designers think and work.
Four workshops run through February: explore form and colour, digital design, typography, and illustration with working professionals in the field.
