A Double Bill of Sublime, Serene, Sensual Music

90mil is delighted to present a double bill of sublime, serene, sensual music, an embracing experience awaits all those who make it through the doors of 90mil for this event.

Bex Burch

Bex Burch will offer a Berlin premier for her work 'as yet untitled', a masterfully dynamic & soul-felt piece composed for any size of ensemble, but on this occasion brought to life by collaborators Lukas Akintaya, Laurel Pardue and Johannes Schleiermacher.

Bex's work inhabits the soft, emotionally rich yolk between structure and improvisation, repetition and disruption. Her approach, described as "messy minimalism", embraces sonic texture, unpredictability, and a deeply collaborative spirit. With her very being she creates the context for creative power to sprout from casual or domestic encounters, in the quiet but proud tradition of making art centred on bringing people together.

Alabaster Deplume

Alabaster Deplume & band join us as they connect the dots on their European tour, in support of the phenomenal new album 'A Blade Because A Blade Is Whole', a glorious work with more reverential reviews than you can shake a stick at.

His live performances are equally magnetic, majestic experiences, spreading a disarmingly direct and potent message of cosmic goodwill, peace and understanding.

Alabaster's music has the strange power to crack open the coldest of hearts, not through strength but with an authentic vulnerability that he wields like a righteous blade.
