Über das Event
Two artists exploring the intersections of sound, technology, and physicality come together for an evening of experimental music and performance at KM28.
Megan Alice Clune presents Repetition Study I: imagine, a multidisciplinary work that combines clarinet, voice, and electronics to investigate the dynamic relationships between music, technology, the body, and temporality. Her practice spans composition, live performance, and installation work, drawing on electro-acoustic techniques and microtonal systems to create immersive sonic environments.
Judith Hamann brings Post-Paradise, an evocative composition for cello and electronics originally created for Adam Man's video installation. Her work sits at the intersection of performance, improvisation, and experimental composition, working with both traditional and electronic instruments to explore new possibilities in contemporary music.
Together, these two artists create a compelling dialogue between different approaches to sound and the moving body. This is an evening for those curious about the cutting edge of contemporary music and experimental performance.
