A Reunion Performance of Sophisticated Jazz
The J Mood Quartet returns for a special reunion performance, reuniting the ensemble founded over a decade ago by guitarist and vocalist Jeanfrançois Prins and pianist Kelvin Sholar. Known for strong melodies, deep grooves, and sophisticated blues and soul, this is an intimate chance to experience their dynamic interplay.
The quartet draws from an eclectic repertoire spanning original compositions, classic jazz standards, and reinterpreted works from jazz legends Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, and Thelonious Monk.
