The Fem Jam Collective returns to Klunkerkranich's rooftop for their third consecutive year. Hosted by Domenica Zaby, this is an afternoon and evening celebration of FLINTA* musicians and creative expression.
The event kicks off with an all-FLINTA* opening band performance, followed by an open jam session where anyone can participate. The core mission is simple but powerful: to increase visibility for FLINTA* (women, non-binary, trans*, and intersex people) on stage and to challenge the typically male-dominated structures that often dominate jam sessions. There's no exclusion here — everyone who wants to play or simply enjoy the music is welcome.
DJ Allynx will be behind the decks, providing the sonic backdrop for the afternoon and evening. The vibe is welcoming, inclusive, and deeply rooted in the ethos of creative community that Klunkerkranich represents.
Doors open at 4 PM in the Wohnzimmer (living room). Entry is on a sliding scale basis, with prices adjusted based on time of arrival and appreciation for the cultural programming — the venue practices a pay-what-you-can approach that reflects their commitment to accessibility.
Whether you're a musician looking to jam, a curious listener, or someone interested in experiencing Berlin's vibrant music scene, this is a chance to be part of something meaningful.
