For our fourth edition of our @dwelling.sessions, two live acts and two curators will help us move through the evening in different shades of sound :)

Ubax @ubax.x.x opens with a selection of lush ambient and experimental music. Born in London and now based in Berlin, her wider practice traces lines between bass music, the African diaspora, SWANA, Latin America and the UK, shaped by memory, distance and longing.

Bernhard Hollinger @bernhardhollinger , performing “Weichness”, brings together prepared fragments, loops, field recordings, electric bass. His improvised sound and light collages drift between tuning, rhythm and genre, unfolding like pages from a private journal.

arc rae @arcrae.io weaves acoustic and electronic textures into fluid, slowly shifting compositions. Modular synths, guitar, contact microphones, field recordings, vocals and percussive objects gather into spontaneous forms, with each performance finding its own path.

Between the live sets, and carrying us gently toward the late evening, @akshaysic will curate a selection of vinyl records, threading the different worlds of the evening together.

A night of close listening, soft edges and sounds allowed to breathe.
