The US/Japanese quartet DEERHOOF brings their distinctive blend of candy-coated hard-rock riffs, free-jazz percussive freakouts, and fearless dissonance to SO36. Led by Satomi Matsuzaki's commanding vocals, the 31-year-strong band creates a joyful yet foreboding sonic landscape that merges cybernetic innovation with deeply human emotion. Their music weaves sideways J-pop hooks into fearsome experimental arrangements.

Support comes from PΞB, a Berlin-based duo delivering a fusion of industrial, punk, noise rock, and metal with surgical precision.

Doors open at 7:00 PM.
