Kerstin Preiwuß celebrates the publication of two new works: the novel "wir alle" and a poetry collection titled "Rodeo," both released with Berlin Verlag in 2026. In her debut novel, Preiwuß explores how ordinary people in an East German city navigate collective identity and contemporary crises together, finding unexpected solidarity across differences.
The author will be in conversation with Marcel Beyer, an accomplished novelist, poet, and essayist, who brings his own perspective on themes of community, belonging, and resilience. Their discussion promises to illuminate the literary and human dimensions of these new works—how stories about connection emerge from fragmentation, and how literature speaks to the times we live in.
This is an ideal opportunity to encounter thoughtful contemporary German writing and meet the author in an intimate setting at LCB. The Schleichers bookstore will have books available for purchase and signing.
Admission: €9 (€5 reduced)
