A two-day immersive workshop led by Samira Saraya, Neta Weiner, and Stav Marin exploring the landscape where intimacy and conflict become inseparable. Through choreography, text, vocal practice, music, and martial arts, participants develop performative tools that emerge from the continuous negotiation between body, language, and movement.
The practice centers four languages — Arabic, Hebrew, Yiddish, and German — as carriers of identity, memory, and history. These linguistic and physical vocabularies interweave throughout the workshop, creating space for participants to inhabit multiple cultural and somatic perspectives. Movement meets voice meets martial discipline, creating a holistic exploration of embodied expression.
Participants of all levels welcome. Registration required via Eveeno. Day 1 of 2 (Day 2 on Sunday, August 9). The workshop is accompanied by a live performance component on Saturday evening featuring the same artists.
