Child Safety Standards for Traube

Traube ("Traube," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document sets out our standards, policies, and procedures for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Our Commitment

Traube is a social events platform available at https://traube.club and on mobile app stores. While our service is not directed at children under 13, we take our responsibility to combat CSAE seriously. We are committed to:

- Maintaining a safe environment free from CSAE content and conduct;
- Taking swift and decisive action against any form of child exploitation;
- Complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations; and
- Cooperating with law enforcement and relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on Traube:

- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children (CSAE);
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery depicting minors in sexually explicit situations;
- Grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation;
- Sextortion or coercion of minors;
- Trafficking of children for sexual purposes;
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM in any form; and
- Any other conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of children.

Violations will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. Detection and Enforcement

We take appropriate action to address CSAM and CSAE on our platform, including:

- Removing violating content immediately upon obtaining knowledge of it;
- Permanently banning accounts that engage in or promote CSAE;
- Preserving relevant evidence for law enforcement as required by applicable law; and
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities.

4. In-App Reporting

Traube provides in-app mechanisms for users to report child safety concerns. Users can:

- Use the in-app reporting feature to flag content or users they believe are engaging in CSAE;
- Contact our safety team directly at [email protected] for urgent child safety matters; and
- Report concerns through our general support channel at [email protected].

We review all child safety reports with the highest priority and take action promptly.

5. Legal Compliance

Traube complies with all relevant child safety laws, including but not limited to:

- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it pertains to children's data;
- German child protection laws (Jugendschutzgesetz);
- The EU Directive on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children; and
- Applicable reporting obligations to regional and national authorities.

We report to the relevant regional and national authorities when required by law.

6. Age Restrictions

Traube is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to terminate their account and delete their data.
