A meeting place for musicians and music therapists working in end-of-life care, exploring death and dying through improvised music and conversation. The session offers a space to engage with this profound theme through music that honors endings, transitions, grief, and remembrance. Improvisations range from fragile to powerful, incorporating moments of joy and humor alongside moving, touching expressions. No prior musical experience is required, only interest in the topic and willingness to engage with it deeply. The group meets monthly for practical and theoretical exchange based on collective improvisation.
Led by Helmut Bieler-Wendt. Maximum 20 participants. Location: exploratorium berlin, Studio 2.
