A hybrid documentary interweaving various occurrences from Isan, Thailand's largest yet poorest region. Director Thunska Pansittivorakul explores Mor Lam, a traditional folk music with Laotian roots, and examines political uprisings during and after the Cold War era. The film investigates why Isan faces persistent hardship while its people maintain resilience and joy amid bloodshed and tears. 80 minutes, Thai and Malay with English subtitles.
