This 8-week course is an introduction to theatrical improvisation, designed for beginners and anyone curious about the craft. No acting or comedy experience required. Through games, exercises, and guided scene work, you'll learn the core principles of improv while building confidence, creativity, and stage presence.
The class focuses on listening, reacting, and creating scenes together in the moment. You'll explore the fundamental techniques including the "Yes, and" principle, building characters and relationships, creating engaging scenes, and working as an ensemble. Each session includes warm-ups, group exercises, improv games, and scene practice with personal feedback.
The course culminates in a student showcase on August 9, 2026 at 8PM where participants perform short improv scenes in front of a supportive audience.
Details: Tuesdays 19:30–22:00 | English | €165 for full course | Limited to 8–12 participants | Diversity scholarships available
