His spontaneous verse on "Glory" (performed on Later… with Jools Holland) became a statement of intent following George Floyd's death, marking him as one of the most exciting talents in contemporary music.

Over the past few years, BERWYN has cultivated widespread acclaim: a top three finish in the BBC's Sound Of poll, a Mercury Prize shortlist, MOBO nominations, and an NME Award. His discography includes the mixtapes DEMOTAPE/VEGA and TAPE2/FOMALHAUT, the EP "Bulletproof" (inspired by his return to Trinidad after years of visa struggles), and his fiercely personal debut album Who Am I.
