Gift is a chamber play by Lot Vekemans (translated by Eva Pieper and Alexandra Schmiedebach) directed by Christian Schwochow. Two people reunite at a cemetery after ten years of separation to oversee the exhumation and reburial of the dead due to soil contamination. As they manage this process, they confront their own emotional "reburial"—examining what became of them, their shared loss, and mutual recriminations.
