A wine market featuring winemakers from multiple German wine regions at Späth'sche Baumschulen. This three-day event showcases family-run wineries that practice natural viticulture and sustainable harvesting methods.

The wine market includes tastings and direct sales at winery prices, with wines from Franconia and other renowned German wine regions. Visitors can enjoy Mediterranean plants and cuisine at Späth's Gasthaus and Biergarten, while the historic grounds offer various display gardens and walking paths.

The event coincides with the Rose Weeks and Staudens Summer plant shows. In July, the first blooms of the large Dahlia exhibition appear around the courtyard fountain.
