SPY Story is a five-day podcast-making workshop bringing together young adults (18-35) to explore storytelling as a powerful tool against misinformation. Hosted by Refuge Worldwide, this intensive program combines group workshops with hands-on podcast production, focusing on stereotypes as a central theme.

The first three days are dedicated to training sessions, facilitated in English by Chloe Lula and in German by Dena Zarrin, where participants will develop critical thinking skills and learn storytelling techniques. The final two days shift into production mode, with participants creating podcasts in small groups, putting their new skills into practice.

This is an application-based workshop with a competitive selection process. The application deadline is August 20, 2026, with selected participants notified by August 25. Ideal for emerging podcasters, activists, journalists, and anyone passionate about fighting disinformation through creative storytelling.
