silent green presents Psychic Liberation Night

Psychic Liberation is a record label founded in 2013 by Miguel Alvariño as a cassette and vinyl shop project in New York City. Since 2019, it has been run by Nick Klein from the EU. The Psychic Liberation Night concert series features rotating guest artists performing in silent green's Kuppelhalle, exploring experimental sound and contemporary sonic practice.

The Artists

Niloofar Asghary is a sound, photography, and archive artist working through investigative and experimental approaches. She explores hidden structures and unstable narratives through her practice. Currently focusing on no-input mixing boards, she uses feedback and interference as tools to create unpredictable, multi-layered soundscapes, exploring the boundary between control and contingency as systems exceed intention.

Júlia Koffler is a vocalist and sound artist from Hungary, now based in Berlin. Her work is shaped by vocal research, interest in timbre and technology, and the relationship of the voice to its varied cultural manifestations. She realizes her projects in installations, video works, spatial sound pieces, and performances, employing voice, extended vocal techniques, tape, and electronics to investigate how vocal expression unfolds in spatial contexts. Her debut album Ostium was released by Prensa Manual in April 2026.

An evening of experimental music and sonic exploration featuring two visionary artists working at the intersection of voice, sound technology, and conceptual practice.
