Explore an integrated system of breathing and movement practices rooted in Vajrayana Buddhist tantra and Hatha yoga. In this three-day retreat, Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche teaches Lung Jong Pranayama—a gentle yet profound technique developed over years of study and practice that seamlessly integrates into daily life.
The retreat explores the subtle energy body through three dimensions: channels (nāḍi), winds (prāṇa), and essences (bindu). Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche draws together practices from the Tibetan Nam Chö (Sky Dharma) tradition and classical Hatha yoga, creating a path that works on multiple levels simultaneously.
On the outer level, physical stretching and movement stabilize the body. On the inner level, pranayama activates immunity and vital energy. On the secret level, meditation in the nature of mind brings lasting peace and clarity.
You'll receive grounding in the philosophical foundations of Vajrayana tantra, understanding how awareness of both the subtle and physical body can transform negative emotional patterns into wisdom and equanimity.
